Alligator Towing & Recovery

I work as a contractor on behalf of FDOT and we (JorgensenFM) had the recent pleasure of working alongside Alligator Towing. It was a horrific scene at the Alligator Alley Toll plaza and Alligator Towing left the scene absolutely spotless. Their immediate response left us (JorgensenFM ~ the facility maintenance company) with little to do as far as clean up. They had the tanker truck hooked up and towed away, a second passenger vehicle hooked up and towed away and an entire toll booth that was destroyed in the accident loaded on a flat bed and hauled away. Alligator Towing was AMAZING! We (JorgensenFM) are incredibly thankful you were at the scene and appreciate everything you did for the FDOT plaza and to assist us. Too bad there isn't an option for 10 stars. You guys were FANTASTIC!

Expect to pay A LOT and then after you expect to pay a lot expect to pay more than that! $150 tow plus an additional $35/day (9)days = $315+ $150= $465. Although my bill came to $515 for some other fees they never discussed until they gave us our invoice.

I was in a 33 Ft Motorhome my air valve broke while driving and noticed that i had a rear tire flat when i reached my destination. Being a weekend i couldn't find anyone tow me to a service center. On Sunday my insurance talked Alligator Towing to come out to tow me to a near by service center. David the the driver went out of his why and got the damaged air valve off and replaced it with a new one i had, then was able to put air in the flat tire and check and put air in all my tires. After about two hours i was on the Highway and heading home. Thank You David for your do diligence to make sure i didn't get towed.

Legendary Mogul

Very dishonest and unethical company. My vehicle was towed, and they lied telling me my registration was not in the vehicle when they searched inside and claimed that I needed it in order to get back possession. After running around for 4 hours to dmv to print new registration, and getting my vehicle back, come to find out it was in there the whole time! That’s not the behavior or business practices you should be exercising with clients. Worst company, may someone that has power audit this company please?
