I don't know about that, I went there for help and the gal that was working took very good care of me.
Masks are required, when they are busy there may be a small wait time as a limited number of people are allowed in store for distancing requirements.
No they try there best to get to you ya but it can be a 15 minutes to an hour long wait time.They need to hire more people & bigger store.
