Wow disappointed is an understatement. Purchased a coat and realized I wanted the 70th year anniversary so I went back in less than 12 hours to exchange. Let me tell you , I walk in and politely ask for the manager, gentlemen tells me he"s the manager but then tells me he needs to get his manager so first of all who is the manager here? Then when the situation is explained he begins to tell me he can take me to the back and show me which is where i told him that's not necessary to just get me the real manager. Doesn't he proceed to say “ good, because I don't have to take you to the back anyway” is the service you expect at a High-end store? The real manager finally comes and isn't helpful either. They proceed and break my coat bag that came with the coat and try to compensate by giving me a plain black one. I explained that I wanted the moncler coat bag which is what I paid for especially after they broke it. The fake manager begins to say that , they ran out of them so that's all they can give me. After constant back and fourth I finally got the white moncler coat bag which “ they took off a already purchased coat” funny huh? Point is I was unable to get my exchange. Luckily I was able to go over to the SOHO LOCATION & wow what a difference. Everything went smoothly and I left a very happy customer. MADISON LOCATION IS A JOKE. DONT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LOOKED AT/ SPOKEN TO LIKE IF YOUR NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER. I DONT KNOW WHATS THE NAME OF THE BALD HEADED MANAGER AND HIS TAIL ( TALL WHITE MALE WITH SALT/ PEPPER HAIR) They need to go work at a five below if that's the service they are giving. ABSOLUTELY TRASH. ONLY POLITE PERSON WAS THE DOOR MAN .

SAs were courteous, wasnt offered any drinks though while other customers were. Had to exchange my jacket for a different size the next day. Setup is superpremium.

Please go find Velda Delmar! She is THE BEST SA I ever met! She is just amazing! A day before I visited the Moncler at Madison Ave, I read few negative reviews and made me worried. A few of the reviews were saying the SAs are rude. To avoid that problem, lately I’ve been online shopping to not to deal with rude SAs. But Velda made my shopping so fun! She was so great- and super helpful! I told Velda what I was looking for and she gave me various choices! Velda also suggested few others as well and gave more choices! The moment I walked into the store, Velda smiled and greeted me. She listened to what I was looking for and she said “I know what to get for you”. She prepared some classic designed jackets and some newly designed ones! She was very passionate about her work and super professional. I really had so fun shopping with Velda. I am so glad that Moncler hired her and Moncler is so blessed to have her!!! She is so great! And the Madison Ave Moncler looks so nice. The decor was beautiful!

Lovely boutique. Helpful staff. The door guy tried to keep us outside to create a line when the store was empty. Not his faulty but management need not do this… I guess this is a result of this crazy hype world…

No, store does not answer their phones, you have to call the 800#, they can check inventory for any store

They run true to size, but they have a scale with numbers. 2 is prety much Medium for your reference.
