DO NOT ORDER from here through McDonalds app. If they screw up or completely forget the order (which happens often) there is zero recourse, and no way to get a refund. I have tried to get help from the folks at the location, and absolutely no one would help. I was told to call the 1-800 number on the app. There is no number on the app. I was promised a call back from the manager, and recieved no call back. Honestly, the rude manner in which my partner and I were treated was disappointing at best. I will not be coming back to this establishment. In fact, right now, 643pm in the evening, their phone is off the hook. No doubt from people complaining about the awful service.

Theu forgot the SYRUP for my pancakes!!! And there was not one single napkin in my bag!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Maybe if you weren't so quick rush me while I was ordering i could have reminded you that I wanted SYRUP!!! BUT THEN AGAIN ITS PANCAKES I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO REMIND YOU TO DO YOUR JOB!!! I work in fast food and this is just UNACCEPTABLE customer service!

Terrible place,I ordered drink and after 15 minutes,I left empty handed!! Mean while workers were on their phone,joking,doing everything else but doing their jobs. TERRIBLE PLACE

I only get a half hour for lunch, there’s a mostly empty drive-through and it takes my entire break just to get the food brought out to curbside. Twice it just never came.
