We waited for almost an hour to see the doctor. When she did arrive to our room, she was condescending and unfriendly. It seemed like she didn’t believe any of my symptoms (sinus infection symptoms) and overall just gave me a real hard time. I would have been better off going to an Urgent Care that gets you in and out quickly - without the attitude and judgment.

Avoid this location at all costs. Patient care is NOT their number one priority. They do not care about their patients of record. There is NO loyalty!! My family had an emergency 3 hours before close and they would not see us. We even walked in and they said they couldn’t squeeze us in. This is totally unacceptable in my opinion. FIND A DOCTOR WHO CARES!!! I posted a picture, all we needed was a doctor or nurse, PA anyone to take a look and give an opinion if stitches were necessary, but unfortunately they didn’t care, and let us walk out of their office with my child’s head bleeding.

The staff and nurses are always phenomenal and do their very best to help. Mallory Lake is fantastic—she really listened and helped when I’d been repeatedly dismissed by other doctors and referred me to specialists to diagnose and treat my chronic conditions. Any time anything pops up, I know she, the nurses, and the office staff will have my back.

Excellent practice. I work in healthcare and I know how slow and behind practices can be. This place was very timely. I was roomed earlier than my appointment time and was seen by the doctor right on time. I was there less than an hour. My wait time before seeing the provider was less than 15 minutes (and this includes the time of taking my vitals and history). This was my first visit as a new patient. The front desk staff was super helpful with check in and check out. They were very respectful and friendly. I saw Dr. Teneisha Davis. She was EXCELLENT!! I can not sing her praises enough. I have had doctors pushing high cholesterol meds for years and I am under 35. She listen to my concerns and addressed my numbers and was up on the newest treatment and we decided I was not at risk for heart failure and no medication was needed. For the first time I had a doctor who would listen to my concerns and explain the medical part of my visit. She was very attentive and personable. She was even concerned about my personal life. She spent ample amount of time with me to address my concerns, do my check up and not feel like she was just rushing me out as a number. I would HIGHLY recommend her and this practice!!! Seems like a diamond in the rough practice!!
