I’ve been going to this salon to get my nails done for over 5 years . It’s not the same place anymore . I’ve had 2 horrible experiences recently and I usually never leave a bad review . Victoria is great and the only reason I continued to go back . Good luck getting in with her though ! I even called to voice my dissatisfaction at my last appointment and nothing was done . So after I went to the trouble of leaving work early today to drive the half hour away for my appointment that I Scheduled a month in advance ( still not with Victoria , can’t get in with her). They tell me my appointment is a week away . I will be out of town in a week and this is why I scheduled the appointment in advance. For the event I have planned in another state ( wouldn’t have scheduled something for when I’d be out of town 🤔) . Now I’m just beyond frustrated and disappointed with this establishment ☹️

Alexis was wonderful. She was kind and my hair looked beautiful. The only down side was I waited 20 minutes over my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Other than that everyone was nice and the place was very clean.
