Just brought my mother-in-law to this facility. While it has only been a week, things are going well!

Please know our mom received wonderful care from most of the nurses and aides. I can not say enough good things about Marcos, Elaine, Barb and the support staff of aides. My sister and I appreciate them more than they ever will know. Housekeeping and food services are amazing at Windsor. We had a major issue with one particular nurse following the hospice orders which she had for many weeks. This particular nurse even told our family the hospice provider was NOT doing their job and should be replaced. This facility is not open to new hospice providers and made our family feel like we were not doing what was best for our mom. My biggest complaint is the communication between the front office, nurses, hospice provider and family. Our family had to be present every single day for 3 months to ensure orders were being followed and that everyone was on the same page. The front office has still not refunded our deposit after three months, several phone calls, texts, voicemails and promised mailing dates. When your loved ones need an assisted living or skilled nursing center, please look at all aspects of their care.

Wish I could give zero star. Most of the staff is rude and my family member that was there had to be removed due to lack of care. I recommend you take your loved one else where.

The new DON is lazy and clueless. And just like someone else stated in their review patients dont get fed here. Find somewhere else to send your loved one. I worked through hospice when I would come in here and I'm appalled with the things I seen in this facility! And the way you respond to negative reviews only makes you look worse. And the only way you can sue for slander is if what she is saying is a lie. And she isnt lying........YOU ARE! Clean up your facility or you are the one going to be sued!Lol and after I addressed your worthless DON that our patients are not being fed she called my company and said I couldnt come back. Guess I was a threat because I expected better care for our patients. It was then I found out that this exact problem was already addressed before I even came to this facility and sadly not corrected. But to be honest by them not letting me come back into the building was a relief because it's hard to see people pay alot of money to live there and not be properly taking care of! And I am an amazing nurse aide and a wonderful patient advocate and by no means was i in any kindof trouble for addressing this troublesome problem😉 And dont pay any attention to the positive reviews because they are coming from the employees or the family and friends of the owners!!
