I normally ask for no sauce on the grilled chicken sandwich. Today I forgot. Here's what I got. It was gross to look at and gross to eat.

Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru and Ordered three salads all of them were wrong and because it was close to closing I couldn’t go back to get a new order. The manager was very rude and said I can come back whenever I wanted and replace my food I wanted a refund since I had no food to eat for that night and she said umm sorry we will only replace your food and that’s it then hung up on me.

Got a family meal bread was soggy, fries were so so but the chicken tenders were very small ( nugget size) and they left out the Zac sauce. And the tea I paid extra for was basically tea flavored water. 😡

They didn't have chicken zalad, they were out of grilled chicken. What we got was quite good. The fries were seasoned nicely and were soft. The chicken fingers were actually way too hot I had to wait quite a while for them to cool down. The cheddar bites were a little hard. My wife seems to be happy with her zalad. Overall this is a good experience. Not the cheapest you can get chicken but you have more options. The soda machine had so many options you were standing there for 10 minutes trying to figure out what you wanted.

It is open! Every other table but you can get your own drink and eat inside!

It averages around 20 to 30 minutes to get an order in the afternoon or evening there I've noticed. There is always a lot of staff but they usually have a lot of food going out and all the fryers are on timers so those have a set amount of time before they're done. They're not set up as a fast food place because they cook most items as they're ordered rather than have them under heat lamps and chicken has to be cooked to a set internal temp higher than the frozen burgers most places sell.
