Wish I could leave 0 stars. No staff, placed an online order and the estimate was an hour and a half. Two hours later I call and they tell me it will be three more hours. Not the first time I’ve experienced this from this location. Do better!

Just Some Birds

They used to be pretty decent. Got a burned pizza from them one time but they fixed it. This last time I did a pick up order, get home, and multiple items are missing from the order. I live far out so there’s no way I can come back for them and even if I did the food would have been an hour and a half off by the time I got it. Over two hours old by the time I got home. They tell me they can’t do a partial refund and have to reverse the whole order. When they do, they don’t reverse the full amount paid, only part of the amount. This was after I get a call from them on my way there saying “we don’t see you”. Well. No. You don’t. I didn’t tell you I was there, I was still 5 minutes out and had not send the text saying I was there. Food is decent but not worth the headache to return.
