This is for the pharmacy not for the store. The pharmacy is hard to get on the phone. I called several times and get transferred to talk to the people in the pharmacy and they NEVER answer. I have called on Tuesday from 5:30-8pm calls were either dropped or they hung up on me. So unprofessional! When I went in to talk with them all I heard was the PHONE ringing! They do not care about the well-being of their patients what so ever. I am currently on hold to see when I should pick up my prescriptions that they had to deliver to the store today and it’s been 30 minutes…. On HOLD! My husband had surgery and is in pain! I need to know the status of the meds, so I can call the doctor to have it sent to another location. This is ridiculous!

This store should be closed. I waited in line 20 min while someone took a Covid test. When i got to the window my prescription was not ready. I told them i was not going to move. Well i did nut buy the time i got in the store the second prescription was filled. Did i leave out that they had 13 people in line ,told the manager, her words were they will be ok. Otherwise let them wait.

I just have to take a moment and tell everyone how wonderful Stephanie in the photo department is! I have been going in nearly every day trying to get a particular picture just right - and Stephanie, every day, takes her time and even tries to fix the pictures herself to make them as perfect as possible! I hope Walgreen's knows what a great employee they have in her!! She has made my visits so wonderful and her kindness is bountiful!!

Unprofessional and careless! Everyone knows the wait time is horrible. Getting someone on the phone within a timely manner is an absolute joke. I phoned and spoke to, Mustafa, a pharmacy intern and requested an early fill on my medication. I informed him it would be considered early as well as my current situation. I'm only able to get over to this location on the weekends because of my work schedule. My husband can typically accommodate during the week, but he's deployed. I had someone lined up to pick up this rx during the week, but canceled after Mustafa told me he'd be happy to fill it two days early. He even went as far as to tell me the inventory of this controlled substance was extremely adequate to fill my prescription. As a state certified pharmacy technician, I've always been advised against giving out such information. My anger isn't that, per the Rph (Linda) on duty, my prescription would not and could not be filled- I'm angry that I adjusted and canceled the schedule of the only person that I trust to pick up a controlled substance for me because I was ill advised by a potential, future pharmacist that can't give creible information over the phone, but is able to give medication advice and recommendations to patients as well as handle and fill prescriptions. I hoped to at least hear from the pharmacist he's currently working under (Linda) that giving out inventory information was a mistake, but she supported all of his actions and only stated, "well, he messed up". I received no apology for the mistake that has now left me with no way to get my medication when it's actually due. To patients- just because they're behind the counter and may even wear a white coat, make sure they're an RPH and not a pharmacy student if you want accurate and sound information.
