This is one of the best lake front campgrounds I have stayed at. The water is clear and clean and the mountain bike trails are fabulous. If you want a power boat you need to reserve well ahead of time. Loyston is about 30-60 drive to any Mariana that rents boats. Renting ahead you may get someone to deliver to you.

This is a gorgeous campground right on the lake. The campsites are so nice and clean and the views are incredible. The restrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen in a campground! The day use area has a lovely, roped-off swimming area with a sandy beach. There are kayaks and paddle boards for rent at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back again!

We just got home from an amazing weekend at Loyston - first time there. The lake sites are breathtaking, the bathrooms are nice, and the campground is clean. There is a lot to do activity wise but I was challenged because I didn’t want to leave the site and the lake 😊 because it was so pretty. I went to the store to check on another weekend and ended up staying a while chatting with the staff. They are delightful, energetic, caring, and positive. Eager to go back! Job well done Loyston!

This was my first time camping at this park. Super nice staff that really go the second mile to help out. I forgot to grab a bowl to prepare our meal in and the super nice lady at the general store was happy to lend us her own bowl. I am beyond grateful and super satisfied with our stay. Site 50 had a beautiful scenery right on bank of Norris Lake. Overall it was a pleasantly quiet park away from the city bustle. We will be back!

Yes... If you're camping lot is on the water you can pull your boat up to shore and also if you have a wooded lot you can still anchor your boat ashore.... Great place to camp..!!
