This was a wonderful first time experience. Madison did a fantastic job, everyone was so nice, and the price was perfect. I went from long hair to short, with a special need of taking a surgery spot into consideration. Madison was right on it and I will be going back to her going forward. Thanks Austral Salon!

Tim cut my hair. Kristin colored it. They were both warm, savvy, and good listeners paying attention to who I was and what style and color would work for me. I felt very comfortable in the salon -such a nice vibe- and with them. The layout & the attention you get are peaceful and spacious. I plan to keep going. I just recently moved here. Update... i did book highlights see pic. Your hairdresser failed to do her job , and youre covering it up. You were rude to me on the phone ! I looked up reviews and thought this place was going to be professional. I sent in pics and discussed before hand what I wanted. I wanted color, cut and highlights. I told her before she started , I wanted some highlights but I got bland brown that I could have down myself. The cut was no where what I asked for either. Emmy seemed nice but after I expressed it didn't turn out the way I wanted. She lied to Charlene the manager and told her I was difficult! I will NEVER use this salon again, and will let everyone know how rude Charlene was to me. Very unprofessional business. BE CAREFUL!

I was most impressed with the way in which Kortney took such care in consulting with me as a first time client. We discussed the type of style and maintenance that was comfortable for me, what I liked in a hair cut, and my expectations for the final look. She was masterful in her cut and I couldn’t be happier with it.
