Touba African Hair Braiding

Ok so I do not doubt that most of these lovely women can braid. I'm impressed with some of the styles I've seen. But unfortunately I'm going to have to go somewhere much more Professional. I called two days prior to make an appointment. I explained that my daughter wanted stitch braids. They said that was fine and to come at 11 am. So two days later we arrive at 11 am. I tell the ladies I'm here for a 11 am appt for stitch braids and we sit and wait. In the meantime, 3 people have walked in and have been seated with different stylists. We sat until 11:45 with no other communication from anyone. Finally I just left. I can't Justify spending hundreds of dollars and from other Reviews..... My wait time was LIGHT-WEIGHT... As in some women wait HOURS with a said appt. What have I learned from this establishment? They need a receptionist with an honest appointment book and be upfront about the wait times.

Owner gave me a price; went around the corner and got same style for $100 less. Granted, the second store wasn't as large or snazzy as hers, but she was able to take me immediately, unlike the wait l would of had at the snazzier spot. Just saying
