We've been waiting over a month for quotes on our porch screens and fence for the yard. Our sales person, Jake, has been non-responsive. We've been transferred to Mark when we call, but he doesn't answer the phone and doesn't return calls either. Woman answering the phone can't help either. This is a very poorly run operation. Not worth your time or energy.

The lady at the front desk is rude and doesn’t like to work, told our employee to come back later because everyone was eating lunch but at the same time an employee comes out and tells my employee he would help him out. After them giving the wrong material we call back to try to exchange it and she answers agains and tells us to call the next business day because no one is working at the moment yet they still have another 2 hours to close.

Jake and his team is absolutely amazing. Not only that they came to build our fence a months earlier, but also fenced our whole yard in a few hours. They also covered the holes dug out by our dogs. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are fast, and professional. Thank you guys for your hard work.
