What can be said for closest grocery store. I wish they had competition to keep them honest. I am guessing though. Always have what I need.

Clean store, usually has plenty of checkers if you don't want to do self check out. I am on oxygen and always ask if I need help going to my car.

Don't ever make an early pick up, cause if they haven't restocked the shelves you won't get it. And after they restock you still won't get it. They to lazy to go to the back room and get it. Food is getting higher than normal. Food City in Galax is where I will be doing my business from now on. Plus when you call to have order brought out to you they never answer the phone. You have to go in and tell them you are there. Heck if you have to do that I would just do my own shopping.

Very clean store with a nice variety of items within each department. Small in store bakery with a focus on sweets and some breads. Nice coolers of frozen and dairy. Front of store has a small produce section on the floor...but a good sized cooler room with fresh perishable produce. Nicely done. Wine section features national, international and local wines. Being from out of state, I found the regular price on several of the local wines was cheaper than purchasing it at the winery. LOL. Customer service was quick at the registers even at busy times. Each time we shopped during our stay in Hillsville the cashier or customer is line offered to swipe the store loyalty card for us, saving $ on selected items. We will return here again.
