Solid spot in DC for great tacos. MXDC typically has availability during the weekly lunch hour to walk in without a reservation. I have not ordered anything other than their chips, guacamole, and tacos, but I have enjoyed my visit every time. This past visit I ordered the carne assada, cochinita pibil, and short rib mole tacos. The carne assada is pretty typical, but the flavors of the other two were absolutely exquisite! You can always count on the chips and guacamole to be good, so those are safe. My only issues are that the portion sizes are a little small for the price, but this is DC and the atmosphere is always welcoming so this is not a complaint, more of a desire for more since it is so good!

Good place for lunch in downtown Dc. I really enjoyed their bowls. The tacos are also great. Have many large tables for group gatherings.
