The food was amazing. I ordered Brown stew chicken along with the oxtail. Both of these large items. The portions were healthy the rice and peas was very fresh and the cabbage was good as well. The chicken was cooked to perfection as well as the oxtail some of the best food I've eaten at a Jamaican restaurant in years. The 2 ladies that waited on me were friendly and helpful.

I wish I could give more stars because both their food and service are 10's. This review is the best I can do, so I hope I persuade you to go. Their food is delicious, with lots of spices, and I can't wait to go back. I have friends & family that don't care for spicy-hot food, but Flavaz has a lot of mild options, too. They've got a few favorites that they tend to sell out of, so you may want to go early or call ahead to see if they still have what you're looking for. This last trip, I placed my to-go order, but I was working and forgot to go get it. Thankfully the lady called and reminded me. I was embarrassed, but she was so kind and helpful. She really went out of her way to make sure I got my food, which I and my family were grateful for. 🙏

So glad I finally tried this today! We ordered curry shrimp, beef patties, and the chicken wings and everything was incredibly delicious. Best beef patties I’ve had in a long time. Each member of the staff was very nice and helpful with ordering. Will definitely be back!
