I spoke to a supervisor and or manager about a employee who was very rude and discourteos at a location they provide service at I hope and pray that it was handled

I use't to be homeless living at NewYork Avenue Mens Shelter, to which alot of the security staff there were very unprofessional, and physically abusive to me, and other residents. I was even lied on by security officer Michelle Thomas, who lied saying that I was stalking her. She lied in Retaliation because I was filing complaints/Grievances against her for coming to work opening my room door and other residents room door's yelling early in the morning Is every one alive then slamming our room doors. She wasn't even looking in our room, so she can't say that she was doing welfare checks on us because she never waited for a response from us, nor again, looked in our room's. She and the supervisor, David Battle used her lie against me to have me kicked out of the shelter so I couldn't file complaints against her nomore. I obtained some lawyers who filed an appeal on my behalf of me being kicked out, to which the judge ruled in my favor saying that my side of the story was more believable. Now I'm trying to file a lawsuit against her, and others who worked with her for their continuous harassment, lies, and violations of my Constitutional Rights. She was/is just evil, always yelling, lying, and harassing.
