I’ve had to visit a few times and was always treated respectfully by professional medical personnel. They can see you for something that needs attention but can’t get to my primary. If not a true emergency but urgent, this is the place to go. They are really great about wearing masks and non-latex gloves and wiping down with disinfectant often. With COVID still a dark shadow I am glad they are so conscientious.

Very little wait. Checkin was easy. The young man who was the LPN was very professional, personable and efficient. The PA, Paul, was also very professional. Explained the procedure that needed to be done, did it quickly and explained the prescriptions he was giving me.

Pleasantly surprised. Everyone I came in contact with was great and the process moved along relatively quickly. I was dreading coming out here after I found out my son's doctor couldn't see him for a few days but it wasn't bad at all.

Absolutely horrible. Don't waste your time. Went in because I thought I broke my toe and was in a lot of pain. Hesitated because Bay has messed up diagnosing and treating my father but not at this facility. After back and forth and confusion and telling me it was their system because it's the weekend they settled on I don't have coverage. Which is wrong. They had my mental health arm of my insurance mixed up with my medical care but I didn't have time or energy to push it and didn't trust them to treat me at this point anyway. So she holds up my card between two fingers and says "she (whoever was on the phone) says youre not covered. We can't treat you" in a supercilious tone. Which doesn't make sense anyway, at worse it would have been out of network not total denial of care So 35 minutes later in a completely empty lobby I hobble back out to go to Beebe where I should have gone in the first place. Checked me in in under and minute and in a room in under 5. Now I know why Baybealth was empty!
