Signed up for the black card which is really a great deal. You can bring a guest at no additional cost as long as the black card member is present. Also asked about the offer they have for ages 14 - 19 working out for the summer for free until August 31st. The tour of the facility was awesome and information about the gym really helped me to decide to become member. Thanks Josiah ! 😁

First time coming to Delaware gym, when we walked in we were rudely greeted and the staff member running the counter wouldn’t help us check in and just rudely said do it through our phones. Not a great first time experience.

Super friendly staff, large choice of free weights and machines, usually don't have to wait for a machine because there are usually 2-3 types of the same machine. They offer tanning and massage chairs as well.

They have every piece of equipment you can think of personal trainers that will work with you one-on-one set up a program for you to follow to work on the areas that you are interested in working on it's a great place and very very clean I love it there
