How disappointed I'am right now, after I have been coming here for years and I have been nothing but a loyal customer. I have always tried to make my appointments in advance and I have always showed up and on time. I have gotten my mother to start using her as well going with me a year or so back and yes my mother has missed a appointment or two for legit reasons well last month my mom and me made a appointment with her and my mother the day of had gotten really sick and couldn't make it to the appointment. I had sent her a text that morning letting her know in advance that my mom was sick and couldn't make it, it's not like I showed up and she just didn't come just because. Well today as me and my.mom came to our appointment she decided to let me know that she was going to start charging us a advance appointment fee $10 to make a appointment or if my mom couldn't make it there would be a cancelation fee. I looked at her and couldn't believe what said. For a loyal customer your been wanting me to pay a $10 fee after I have been going to her and I only her for years. And she is not cheap I pay $18 plus tip everytime I go.well she lost 2 customers today. She also begs for good reviews and don't let it fool you she makes money hand over fist so she didn't miss out on money that day I'm sure throughout the day she replaced that appointment.
