I have been living here for over 2 years and I have loved every min of it. All the staff treats you like family, they are accommodating and understandable. Claudia is the best leasing manager! Keith is always very kind, helpful and efficient. My personal favorite has always been Érica since I lived here. The apartment itself are very modern and big

Prices vary based on what size apartment you're interested in getting. You'd also have to factor in any additional expenses such as pet fees, utilities, rental insurance, move- in deposit for credit issues, regular security deposit etc. Taking into account obviously, the only ones that apply to you. There may also be promotions and military discounts thst may be helpful if they're available. However, ballpark figure for a 3 bedroom, I do believe, is still around $1400. Your best bet is to come into the leasing office and speak with a consultant and set up a tour too. That way, you know exactly what you're getting for your money. Best of luck.
I don't think so, you just have to call the leasing office.
Hi Claude, I don't work here but I'm certain they do not rent just single "rooms", they are all apartments. They do have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments so perhaps a 1 bedroom apartment is something they can help you with but I can't make any promises as I do not know the reason you say you are unable to rent your own place. This is also income restricted living property I believe is the proper term. May I suggest you looking on Craigs List and in the facebook Marketplace etc. for postings listing 'Room for Rent'. You might also want to call all local real estate companies as they have occasional listings as well, for single rooms. Good luck!
