My doctor called in a prescription at 9 a.m. and I didn't go pick it up until 12 p.m. 3 hours and it still wasn't ready. She told me to go check out the three grocery items I had. I checked out in less than a minute and came back and told her I would stand over by the corner and wait until it was ready. She never told me it was ready. I finally asked if I should come back and she said no you can get back in line and wait your turn. Wow! The worst part is all they had to do was put a box in a bag.

Helpful staff! I would have given 5 stars if the lady hadn't left me waiting fresh out of knee surgery while she walked out to go get their lunch delivery at the curb! Then instead of filling the Rx they ate 1st and made us come back in an hour to pick it up. Wow! 4 is being generous because as a whole, I like Pubkix💙

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. Visit our locations page to find a store where Walk-In Care is available and ask a pharmacy associate to assist you.

The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
