We've eaten at this subway in the past without issue. Not sure if it's under new management or what but this trip was pretty horrific and probably our last. The dining areas floor was dirty. The entire prep area was littered with food and crumbs. And what was probably the worst part was the guy finishing out the subs was taking the one knife that was in view swirling it around in dirty water and using it right after to cut and fold the subs. the level of care in this location has fallen to damn near zero.

Ordered online, was told after arrival at store that they don't make until you come in. Ok so we waited and they continued to make other people's food before us, even though we were now in the store and past the time we had asked for it to be ready. Had to get in line and reorder our food. I understand short staff and feel for those working long hours but what is the point of online ordering if I then have to stand in line.
