I have stayed here for almost 5 years now. The Caison family is absolutely wonderful. Great facilities, clean, beautiful park all the way around. Very safe!

There ARE very, very, very strict rules. You can no longer fish, which was the best thing to do. You can’t do it because people were keeping them but they could easily just put a security camera up. So the only thing to do is swim which is only open in May-August. My Daughter was practicing driving around (she has her permit and is very good) and she was going the speed limit, using turn signals, everything and the owner (I think) started following us and he almost hit us head on then proceeded to pull up beside us and ask what we were doing and we replied saying that we were just riding around and he then told us to stop and go back to our lot and stay there, everyone was very upset! Other than these Flaws it is very pretty here and well kept and the people staying here are very nice.

The very best campground for miles and miles! We looked at 3 other campgrounds before deciding to leave and go look at Topsail. Stopped at the gas station right before crossing the bridge and was told to check out Ocean Breeze. It was love at first sight! We even found a camper for sale already set up in the park, and purchased it that day! Best decision ever!!
