I wish i could give a zero instead of a star …….Customer Service is just terrible !!!! people just want help regarding their money…the security guard (you gotta temper you definitely will smack them) and the people behind the glass.is terrible .... they definitely don't care about the people here....

The service is horrible in there. Specially a female on her eighties. I completely forgot her name. She shouldn’t be there at all. She so rude completely. I had a bad luck, I was there twice and she was the one who, was helping me but never done anything to help me, instead she was rude the whole time and very unprofessional.

You waste your time trying to get an appointment with IRS. I call from the time they start work until closing can never talk to a live person.God bless you if you do.
