I had a great tour here thanks to JJ! I have been looking for a new gym membership post-COVID (who doesn’t get tired of their apartment complexes’ small gym sometimes?), and this place was amazing and very promising. It is one of the biggest gyms I’ve been to and pretty much has all you can need - even deodorant and other hygienic products you can use after your work out. They had huge pool lanes, jacuzzis, and even saunas. I really enjoyed the fact that their classes are free once you’re a member, that they’re open 20hrs a day, and having a membership affords you the ability to go to the other lifetime fitness gyms without additional cost. The gym membership price is a bit steep, but you really get a lot out of it. I would recommend taking a tour.

Great gym! I joined for their amazing basketball courts. However a bit expensive but worth it if you put gym in your daily routine. They also have every workout machine you could possibly imagine and their eucalyptus sauna is amazing! I also love their cafe. Great for post-workout spot for food.

Maybe the day time staff is nice but the night time staff likes to give attitude and hang up the phone when I went to inquire about a membership. Very disappointing and not befitting of a northern Virginia experience. I guess I’ll have to just drive 20 minutes to Vida in Ballston. Smh

Ive been to the gaitherburg and rockville locations in MD and they are soo much better. This places customer service absolutely sucks. Always so rude and unhelpful. Also for such a big place and "premium" quality they charge compared to the other locations is a joke. Rockville which is like half the size is nicer and has more stuff than this big balloon. Filled with hot air just like the employees there. I would also like to add that the lack of gym etiquette here is absurd. Been to many gyms and they have no where near as bad as this sorry excuse for a premium gym
