Patrick at Hessler Heights in Landsdowne is nothing short of AMAZING. When our mom needed to transition to a living situation without stairs due to an injury, we were not sure how to proceed. But then, we toured Hessler Heights with Patrick, and our choice was clear. From the moment we entered this breathtaking property, we felt seen, heard, and at home. Patrick is patient, caring, and works hard to make sure your loved one has everything he/she/they needs. Not only did he find us the perfect apartment home to suit our mom’s needs, but he connected us with excellent professionals to provide her the medical support services that fit her physical therapy plan. Additionally, I was so impressed with how he knew every resident by name and always had time for a quick chat with every person he crossed paths with on our multiple tours. To add to our delight, the meals (included, by the way), are five-star delightful. Residents often enjoy culinary delights served by skilled wait staff at artfully set tables with the sounds of live piano music pouring through the exquisite grand dining hall. Furthermore, residents can also enjoy trips to MGM, Prom Night, walking trails, an on-site movie theater, a library, and much more! Also, the other residents are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. They have all been so sweet and my sister and I have enjoyed many chats with them in the elevators and in the hall. Another point that makes Hessler Heights a standout is how much is included in the rent. You get cable, linens, weekly cleaning services, meals, and snacks (as mentioned above), and even more. In short, this is a wonderful place to call home, and Patrick is the absolute best!

This new Loudoun County senior community is just beautiful— exceptionally designed and constructed inside and out! More importantly, ALL the staff from housekeeping to management have been kind, caring, and attentive to the unique needs of the residents. My Mom is thrilled to be a Charter Resident here. She looks forward each day to making new friends, participating in planned activities, enjoying the walking paths and outdoor landscape, and eating excellent meals in the gorgeous dining room. Hessler Heights is a much needed addition to the Loudoun area. The all-inclusive pricing of the monthly lease without the huge buy-in fees is a smart business model. Also, having the managers all live, work, and dine onsite alongside the residents offers added security benefits and guarantees attention to details. Special thanks to Anne, Kalvin, Micki, Joe, and Dora, for getting this new community off to a fabulous start!
