I have shopped at this store for many years (because of the cheap prices and no tax). Every day I come here, I am always surprised by the selection of products there are. With new types of shampoos, snacks, and clothing, management seems to be stepping up their game by introducing new trends to the store. Customer service has a 75-25 nice-mean ratio. Most of the time, staff is very nice and cooperative with me, helping me out whenever I need. However here and there, I ask where certain things are and the staff member seems unmotivated. One time I asked where baby products were and the worker gave me an attitude. I tried to reassure to where he pointed, but he said "just go there man" in a negative nonchalant way. It didn't bother me much, but that sorta skewed the way I viewed the workers here. One other complaint was that we are in the dark when it comes to unexpected closings. Two times, I had drove miles to come here and am met with a CLOSED sign. One time the AC broke and as soon as I arrived they stopped letting customers in. The second time, they were doing an annual inventory inspection. Had I known that the store was closed, I would not have used gas to come. Personally, I would recommend a social media representative to update the public on unknown closures, special deals, or new arrivals for new products. Other than these complaints, this store is my go-to store for purchasing my needs and wants. Management is great, but it would be even greater!

The store is great, but Imogene (Jean as her name tag said) is very adbrupt and quite rude with her tone to customers. She seems to get easily annoyed when basic questions are asked. Will continue to use your store, but will not go to her register again. Gave her a chance 3x in the last 2 weeks while I had a family member inpatient and it was the same every time.

Update your hours as I just drove to the pharmacy and it says closed Sundays but your website says 10am-6pm...

Admiral Bianchi and the NEX say they care about the Sailors and families. However, I have never been so disappointed in a place and leadership. Every year it is an excuse and I’m more than willing to stand up for other and the staff. Every year the Air Conditioning never works. Every year it’s an excuse. I’ve seen older people pass out because of the heat and staff members sweating trying to help us. I went In yesterday and once again the A/C was broken. I went to Uniforms and the one staff member who I have worked with for years and Is one of the best I’ve dealt with was just sweating and looking miserable. This is unacceptable and I hold Admiral Bianchi and the higher ups at headquarters responsible. I have lost all faith in this leadership. You do not have this problem every year if leadership is good. This is unacceptable and this place should be closed until it is fixed. Not a way to treat your customers or your staff. I will be talking with the base about this today.

I believe that you have to present a valid identity card or document verifying your veteran status so you can use the facilities.
NEX Hours: 9:00am - 7:00pm Mon - Sat 10:00am - 7:00pm Sundays
Anyone with a current military or dependent ID card that has BX/PX privileges can use it regardless of branching service
Yes if you sponsor her on. But you are the only one allowed to purchase things there. The food court however is fair game.
Yes, I've seen them for sale at the Bethesda NEX.
There Walter Reed NEX
I think so. Your best bet is going to mynavyexchange.com to see their inventory and cost

No, however there is a uniform store in the main hospital near the food court.
NOT the same as the store. Please check out the following site for the hours... https://www.wrnmmc.capmed.mil/Health%20Services/Clinical%20Support/Pharmacy/SitePages/FAQs.aspx
Check the website for holiday hours.
They have sales every day, just depends on what you're looking for. The package store has monthly beer, wine & spirits sale and specials.
I think that is only on line. But local commands may have leeway
