Prince George's House Men's Shelter

At the current moment we are in need of towels, pillows, blankets, men's underwear (various sizes), undershirts (various sizes), shoes, and winter protection (coats, shoes, boots). In addition we accept dinner meals daily for 6pm dinner. We house 40 men. We ask that you donate during administration hours 8am until 6pm Monday through Friday.

Can you come and go as you want

Yes we are always in need of kind donations. Takes a community to uphold a community. However, unfortunately due to Covid-19 we are not currently accepting used items. With exception to items that have been dry cleaned with the receipt.

Can you donate clothes or food

We do accept all donations, however we do encourage a limit on travel sized items. In addition, due to Covid-19 we are currently not accepting used items.

You have to get the hotline number and get on the list....u can call the shelter and they will give u the hotline number....its not a shelter where u think u can just pull up and they will give u a spot....no u have to go thru the homless hotline
