Super yummy as always!!! We come up once a year and this is one of our favorite dinner spots. The steak and ribs are seasoned to perfection.

Went for the first time with a few of my work friends. I had the lunch special which apparently went up $1-2. Okay, no problem especially when it came with two sides and a drink. Ordering, it only came with ONE side. 8 shrimp (which were good just salty), green beans, and a tea $12. My co worker order a baked potato and wanted onions with it. $4 for a side of onion? The bread came out raw and tasted doughy. The waitress was not at all accommodating to the request of the bread just being put back in the oven for a while. Her excuse, “When it is humid, it makes it taste like that”. What? Humidity may affect texture, but not taste. She eventually brought out more rolls. Service, below mediocre. First and last time.

Honestly, we came here for the first time in a while simply because Georgio's was FULL at 12 noon. There were only 7 tables seated when we entered. Ordered MEDIUM chopped sirloin steak with baked potato and fries. My wife ordered chicken tenders with baked potato. In spite of the glass of sweet tea price at near fuel prices, I ordered tea. My wife asked for water with lemon. "We're out of lemon" was the answer. I didn't ask her if Food Lion was closed, where I know for a fact they have lemons for sale. The medium chopped sirloin turned out to be the rare side of RARE. The fries were limp and warm only. The baked potato was perfect. I didn't get into the chopped sirloin steak until after I had prepared my potato and by that time, our server was busy seating incoming 'church crowds'. My wife's potato was excellent, but the chicken tenders were only lukewarm. When she finally brought our check, I told her that my 'steak' was rare rather than medium and all I got was a 'deer in the headlights' look. I asked her to bring a takeout plate and I'd finish cooking it at home. I was more than ready to leave. I placed the check and my card on the edge of the table so our server could see it. 8 minutes later I took it to the server station to pay and get out. Our server happened by and took my payment without a word, an apology, an offer of discounted meal, nothing..... Attention to detail was not present. Positive reaction to constructive criticism was also missing. Now I remember why we said that we would not be back the previous time we ate there over two years ago.. By the way... Sanitation Grade is 94.

The food overall is good, but it was the bad customer service that made me decide my family wouldn't be returning in the future...No refills, not much acknowledgement. Not much of anything. Bet Ms. Brianna was wanting and expecting a good tip though, with her poor service. Maybe if she would've been a better waitress I could've tipped the bill. I'm not really sure what to make of the treatment, it was originally other people of color here when we walked in. I guess she was just tired and was already over the day. If you care about service, DON'T GO HERE! We literally just walked out and still nothing, but hey now we know NOT to go here! Good luck to everyone else in the future.

Ok?
I don't know about Gift cards but I have seen something there about Gift certificates. Most places won't let you order that type of stuff over the phone for customers security due to all the fraudulent charges these days. It never hurts to ask though!
They are not allowing more than about 40 people in at a time and you must wear a mask.
