They know their stuff, and are passionate about the industry. Exactly what you should expect from a game store. I’ve bought many consoles and games from them, one was a PS2 which came with a controller as is custom when getting consoles, it being incredibly old technology at this point, the controllers buttons finally just had enough. I contacted them and they were more than happy to replace it. Overall, this is the place you go to get what you need, they’re knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and have a strong customer-first nature. All of that seems like a great deal, right? Their prices are even better, with reasonable warranties. Would recommend, will continue my patronage for the foreseeable future.
