I have had "over the top" treatment at their Reston Center. At Fair Oaks it is the exact opposite except the x-ray technician who are always great. Communication from phone, Internet is always horrible. And the clerical staff could take lessons from their Reston cousins to become less grumpy, smile sometimes, and be on the ball.

This place is terrible! After my son was discharged from the hospital, I called 2 1/2 months ahead of time for an important follow-up doppler study that he needed. He called the day before the visit to confirm. At 4:45 PM, later that day they sent an email canceling the next days 8 am visit. The cancellation reason stated was "patient." Completely unprofessional.

Hi Jean, General Diagnostic X-ray exams are performed on a walk-in basis at Fair Oaks Center, as well as our other locations. Please note, if you plan to receive an X-ray exam at Fair Oaks Center, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before closing at 5:00pm.
