Dr. Kristine Sweezey has been fantastic doing physical therapy with my two kids who are competitive swimmers. She helped my daughter - who was doing PT for the first time - rehab tendinitis in both shoulders with sessions at Healthy Baller and easy to follow plans for home exercises. My kids love working with Kristine and she has taken great care and time to track how they're doing each week and adjusting session intensities due to their swim meet schedules. My daughter was able to return to swimming all four strokes at full intensity and had a successful summer swim season thanks to Kristine and super trainer Lee Sommers. I highly recommend Kristine for younger athletes who might be experiencing injuries for the first time.

Healthy Baller is one of my favorite places on earth!! I spent a lot of time at HB rehabbing my ACL with the best pts Wesley and Drew. I couldn’t have asked for a better environment to rehab in, it made feel like every other athlete in there even if I wasn’t able to do everything they could. Matt was a constant positive presence throughout my entire rehab process and helped finish out my final stages and continued to help and encourage me after I was cleared.

I saw Kristine Sweezey from March 2020 to April 2021 to recover from my ACL replacement surgery and while the process of recovering from my injury was difficult, my experience at Healthy Baller was amazing. If I ever get injured again (which hopefully I don’t!), I would never consider going anywhere else or seeing anyone else for physical therapy. The environment was amazing and the people here were so understanding, kind, fun, and supportive. I was focused on getting back to running, but I would recommend coming here even if your main focus isn’t getting back to a sport because they really do a great job of supporting everyone no matter what their end goal is. I know so many people who have gone to Healthy Baller for various reasons and have all had the same great experience I did. Additionally, every staff member here is amazing, but I’m biased towards Kristine who is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met (and probably will ever meet) - she was so caring and unconditionally supportive when my knee was bothering me or the exercise was tough, but she also kept pushing me to get stronger every time.

I’ve gone through different PT because of different injuries in the past years, but Kristine has been the best! I was going through the beginning of a post-op ACL rehab, and I knew I needed a different kind of pace for PT, and HB was the perfect fit. After 6 months, I made the switch, and now I’m back to playing my sport after a little over 9 months and have never felt better! Kristine worked with me for 4 months and pushed me to my best every time I came in. She is super focused, but makes me enjoy PT even more. She made sure that I was fully prepared to get back out on the field and gave me the motivation that I needed! Also, I’ve never met such a welcoming team of physical therapists and trainers at HB. They always greet everyone who comes in, making your sessions so much better. I would definitely recommend Kristine and any of the physical therapists at HB!!
