Had the chance to deal with them in August 2020: they gave me an EXTREMELY reasonable price on a factory full luggage rack for my car. Sure, it may have taken one day longer than the estimate, but I was NOT disappointed. APC has won me over in just one transaction; I'll never go back to those rude effers in north O'Fallon (you know who you are!) ever again!
