Drove here from NW DC on a Saturday afternoon to be told by the representative that she was closing because it was 3 mins until 3pm. She stated, “I already closed out my report” absolutely ridiculous! I had been standing in the office waiting while she printed her “closing” report before the advertised closing. Just curious when advertised business hours became so flexible, I even explained my situation to which she replied, “well during the week they stay later but it is the weekend and I am ready to go” extremely unprofessional and horrible approach to business. Will not be returning nor will my employees or associates within the field.
