very bad management and they don't have customer service experience

Went into the branch to send a wire and we didn't end up sending it from there. The mobile app was much easier and the fee is lower for sending it from the app too. The staff has always been friendly though and they are always ready to help us with anything. This was also the first place we went to when we moved onto this town and they were so sweet to us. I would recommend this branch plus their accounts are great too.

This location used to have such wonderful employees but not any more. The front tellers are nasty. I never see any bankers in any of the offices. Carlos, the manager, was wonderful and I was informed he left. I waited 42 minutes for a teller inside today. I window had a commercial account and the other had someone who had a problem with their account. When I had my turn, I was greeted by a very young and snotty employee. Not friendly or nice. I will be trying another branch and will start reporting people like this.
