Yes you can, I go here all the time with my mom the dudes name is Hensy he's Spanish and only speaks Spanish, but he is really nice and does a really good job on tattoos. He's good at all of it, you can get anything pierced here. I recently got my second hols and my cartilage and he was so nice and he was very gentle. I hope this makes you feel more comfortable and helped you.
