the instructors at AEWA are one of a kind. Especially nurse/instructor Grant Ragland. he’s definitely one of the slickest. He taught me a lot over the 6 months i was there and i’m grateful for it. Another thing about the school is that they’ll always have your back, and you can always call em and ask questions and if they don’t know, they’ll find out. you already know i gotta take a minute to brag on my boy lucas, one of a kind man right there, always motivated me and kept me on the right track in and out or school. i’m thankful for that and all the friendships i’ve made at AEWA. Glad i’m apart of the ELITE family!

This place is top-notch. I am an ag teacher and brought a group of students here who are all very interested in pursuing careers in welding. Hunter and T-Bird were awesome hosts! They break down intrapersonal skills needed to survive and thrive in their program. They have housing available for students who need it and their welding booth setup is an ag teachers dream! Class days are Monday - Thursday with not-mandatory practice days on Friday. They have frequent start dates, but they do have a waiting list so call to set up your tour now! A+, highly highly highly recommend you reach out to these wonderful folks with any question you may have! Side note: if you are using GPS to find them, make sure to put "Arkansas" in front of Elite Welding Academy, otherwise GPS takes you to their old facility in Bee Branch instead of the new facility in Quitman!

I HIGHLY recommend this school to you. When you are looking for a welding school, do your homework. Make sure that the welding school has plenty of instructors that are highly skilled to teach you everything you need to know in this field. There is no point in going to school and then not being able to pass the different welding tests that all welding contractors have you take in order to work, so make sure you have the best of the best teaching you everything they know. Elite Welding Academy has excellent instructors with a wide range of expertise in the welding trade, so you can learn a lot from them. They have a high student/instructor ratio, which is very important so that there is enough teachers to spend quality one-on-one time with you in order to train you and prepare you for the real world. Elite Welding Academy helps you get a job, and that is one of the most important parts to all of this. You can be an excellent welder, but not have the contacts at first to find a job. Be sure that any school you are considering shows you their track record for job placement of their students. Elite Welding Academy WILL help you get that job and help you anytime you need to come in and brush up on your skills for the next test you need to take in order to keep on working, and they will constantly keep you informed of upcoming welding jobs available to apply for. Take my advice and do your homework or you will waste your hard-earned money paying for one school, only to end up paying for the right school that you should have gone to in the first place. Or better yet, just giving up because you are not trained properly enough to get that job and work. Don't do what we did. Go to the right school the first time around and save yourself money and a lot of grief. Thanks to Elite Welding Academy, our son is doing great now. Thank you, T-Byrd, and all the teachers for helping our son be the best welder he can be and for giving him the confidence he needed to truly succeed! We are forever grateful to all of you!
