This gym is a wonderful place to get a great workout. The owner and staff make extra effort to make sure the equipment is clean and functional. Great variety of free weights and machines to provide any type of workout you desire. Members can also select the channel on TV's. Lake Asbury is lucky to have a quality gym like this in the neighborhood.

I was wondering if they offered classes, as I am a fitness instructor that just moved to the area. I tried to contact them but heard nothing back.
