Just called the office , my children have been going for years with no issues . I call today to see if they have an appointment, the response I got was “Naw we booked today ma “ then the person hung up the phone . No concern with the issue my child was having or anything . Really gone downhill

They require you to wear a mask, but refuse to provide one if you don’t have one.staff is rude and unprofessional

I’ve given this place way too many chances. The amount of times I’ve heard “hmm I don’t know” is baffling. If I wanted a maybe it could be.. answer I’d have just googled it. Today was the last straw.. my daughters throat is swollen and red so we brought her in.. my wife left with the diagnosis of “oh it’s just viral, she can go back to school” WHAT! Isn’t that how she got in this situation? Because some other kid with a viral infection went to school? Switched peds as she walked to the car. Cannot recommend.

Be prepared to wait 1-2 hours in the parking lot before your sick child is called to be seen.
