Had a great visit here yesterday, came here to see the band members from Lynyrd Skynyrd. Don't know how I did it but I pretty much found Ronnie just by walking to the pond, he is resting under a tree near the base of the pond a very peaceful spot. Billy, Leon another family members are just around the corner near the front of the park. I'm going to stop back on my way home to see Alan Collins and Leonard Skinner, they are across Normandy boulevard in another part of the park.

Make sure to ask all the questions about costs and get it in writing. Reps changed twice. Information given to me was different each time.

How do you sum up a life changing experience? That's hard! Some how, some way - by the Grace of God - Jocelyn, Brittany, Denver, Joanie (which is what my mother-in-love was called), and the rest of the team did more than capture two very important people in our lives... They did the most PERFECT job capturing 60 years of marriage! Of unconditional love, of the meaning of family! It was EXACTLY how they would've wanted it! From the first phone call on Mother's day to the final moments of laying them to rest and beyond, Hardage-Giddens Riverside was by our side, listening, supporting and loving us through loosing TWO very important people 13 days apart. We were able to Celebrate their life together. What a love story! 60 years of marriage and could not stand 13 days apart. THANK YOU Jocelyn and Brittany! THANK YOU to your team! You not only helped us through such a tough time, you helped us prepare so our children can be just as BLESSED as we were when we are called home!

My mother passed on 7/7/22. My mother had a prearranged funeral package- purchased through riverside memorial. She was clearly told what her options were so she shared that with myself. If she were to live 2 years from the date the policy was purchased it would mature into an actual insurance policy. Meaning we could use the policy anyway we chose, any funeral home we wanted. *Note that if she would have passed within the two years we would have no choice but to use riverside! When I contacted the riverside memorial funeral home to make the arrangements to pay for the “open and close fee.$2495” they basically stated the policy was of no value and basically stated if we didn’t use them for the services we would have no policy coverage. LIE! They are the ones that sold the policy and it’s clearly written in the papers but while I was out of my mind with grief they tried to bully me into using their services. Thankfully I have family familiar with this kind of thing and guided me! Next horrible part of our experience is when we arrived at the graveside for the burial service. The equipment placed to hold my mothers casket was very unstable. Several pieces of wood was used to stabilize the bent equipment, I could see it all, not covered. Nothing was professional about the hardest thing I’ve had to do to date, bury my mother! We demanded they change the broken equipment because I refused to chance my mothers casket falling off! After 45 mins the equipment was changed. We said a prayer and had to leave so they could “cover the hole”. This was not how the graveside service was supposed to go, it was so hot most of my family had to leave. I left the cemetery with intentions to come back to See the flowers. Spend some time. Well the sprinklers that were turned on and aimed directly onto the grave was blasting so hard it ruined ALL of our flowers - blasted off their stands, covered in mud, flowers blown apart! Also blasting so hard and long it washed the dirt from around the headstone! I could actually see the top of her vault under the ground! Even the headstone part was terribly messed up! The $5000 headstone was finally paid for in March of 2022 (we have been paying payments since 2019) my mother was so excited knowing she would get to see the headstone she designed for my father, my brother and herself. I explicitly explained to riverside that I wanted to have the headstone place ASAP! They let me know that it would be late October 2022, April-May-June I sent messages requesting an ETA on the headstone. Was told to check back late July (I have all the text messages to show). When I was paying for my moms open and close I asked for another update. I was told the headstone was delivered 6/9/2022 LIKE SERIOUSLY it was there a month prior to my mothers passing. No one called me! No one! I have Verizon wireless bills to show proof! They state their records show a voice mail was left on my cell number. Lies again! I’m telling our entire story in the hopes other family’s do not have to experience this! This is a business that wants money. Not wanting to provide a service and care for people at one of the hardest things in life, losing a loved one! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! STAY AWAY

The whole family is buried just inside the main gate near the funeral home. You can even see it from your car. You can't miss it.
I'm not sure if the price now. I paid $600 for my plot only in 1975.
Yes
It varies on which side you are on call up there and ask to speak to Nicholas Nagle he is the best to deal with and if you like his offer he helps you through it all step by step he is awesome
