I loved the video showing how the rugs are cleaned so I took our dog urine rug to Greenspring. Everyone was super nice but when I got the rug back it still smelled. I was given the option of paying more money for some kind of deodorizer step but I was very busy with selling my home so I skipped it. So I still have a smelly rug. I really liked the people but am a bit disappointed especially after seeing the video showing these pristine rugs.

Second time I have used them. Didn’t realize how dirty the carpet was until returned. Colors bright again. Rugs removal and delivery very efficient.

Yes. Rugs that have shifted out of shape can be stretched or blocked to improve their shape. Once we see your rug, we can give you a good idea of how much it can be improved.
By hand can be interpreted in many ways. Many rug cleaners use an automated rug cleaner to clean your rugs where you feed it in one end and it comes out the other similar to a car wash.We clean rugs by hand. We do not use an automated machine to clean your rugs. We manually apply the cleaning solution and hand spot and scrub your area rugs including the fringe.
Yes but only surface cleaning. This will not make the rug sanitary. To properly clean an area rug you must first dust it to remove the dry soil that has gathered in the infrastructure of the the rug then many gallons of water and soaps must be worked in and flushed through the rug to properly clean. This can not be done at your home
Submersion, complete flushing and extracting with a centrifuge are the essentials.
Yes we have the equipment and knowledge/techniques to clean all rugs.
No!
No, dry cleaning solution is made to remove oils and odors not dirt. They do not have the capacity to thoroughly wet clean and properly dry an area rug.Simply put they are dry cleaners with dry cleaning equipment not rug cleaners with rug cleaning equipment. Rug cleaners don't clean shirts and pants for the same reason.
To remove pet dander that can trigger allergies. To remove embedded dirt and dust that is in the foundation that a vacuum cleaner can't get. To prolong the life of the rugs. To restore the the vibrant colors.

Our pre-cleaning check will distinguish any shrinkage potential. Most rugs won’t shrink when washed. When most rugs are made, they are washed and stretched. Rugs that do recoil flabby can be extended or obstructed to rectify any issues.
Vacuums can harm rugs, so it’s imperative to be cautious. For vacuuming, move with the course of the nap or pile, not against it. Make certain not to vacuum fringe with a vacuum.
