They are putting little effort into applying hardship hearings. They refuse to answer the phone and answer emails, because I have called several times and I have emailed them lots of times as well. They're office is located on regency in the Bank of America building. I have been waiting over 2 months for them to call me for a hardship hearing. If they do not have anybody working in that office everybody files should be transferred to another office. People have jobs, have things to do, and responsibilities. It's a shame you can't even get an answer or a response from anyone in this office. I'm to the point that I want to take legal actions.

Called and emailed. No one is ever available to speak this office is pointless. They don't even allow you to hold and wait on the phone it says they are "on the phone with someone else" and to call back later, then hangs up.
GUD-MAN Cash Flow

What a sham. Nobody answers the phone and when you do get through, the message says they're on the phone with others and to please call back. Been trying to call since March 16th. About 20 times every day. The governor needs to know this is a sham. I've tried offices in almost every city, and can't reach anyone. The online allowed you to request via email too, nothing returned. Shameful that this is the way we are treated.
