Way overpriced. They seem scared to list prices on their Facebook posts because they know they’re stealing peoples money. There is no way in hell it costs anywhere close to what they are asking to build these homes! They are asking damn near 400k for some of these homes. I price the Duval model two years ago at 134k and they are now asking $325k. Get out of here!

I was waiting for everything to be complete before I wrote my review but overall it has been a good experience working with Florida Modular Homes. There was a few obstacles that came with Covid aftermath but they did their best to accommodate. I am happy in my new home! All my neighbors comment how beautiful it is, so I am glad I chose to go this route.

Florida Modular Homes has been very helpful with my home buying process. The lender they referred me to was able to get my mortgage payment almost at the same payment as a Mobile Home through another lender and dealer! The Franklin product they offer is very impressive and what sold me on them was their Attic House. Can't wait to get mine finished out!
