This place is a joke.i called a month ago to make an appointment for my husband. I asked if the accepted the Hope charity for his visit, they said yes.So I scheduled the appointment. Got there today they told me they don't except the Hope Charity for the visit. They said that the call center gave me the wrong information. What Dr.Has A call center.When you call you should get the office directly.

Poor customer service as well as not really caring about their patients. I started seeing a doctor here approximately 6 months ago when I was referred to them by a friend to get tested for adhd. Since I have avoided hospitals and doctors my whole life I did not realize when I started going here that seeing a doctor further than a certain distance from your residence was an issue when being prescribed medication for adhd and was never told this until many months in to treatment. My prescription had run out and the pharmacy did not have a new one for me so when I called the doctors office to see why I was informed I needed to find a new doctor. When I asked about my prescription in the interim while seeking a new doctor I was told that I could go to an outpatient facility, really? And to top it all off, after going back and forth with the nurse about how this was unethical to just drop a patient when their prescription had run out without prior notice and requesting that the doctor give me a call back (which I never received) my prescription magically showed up at my pharmacy 2 days later to my surprise. And then, a week out from my original appt. Date with the doctor I received a notification to check in online for my appointment. I thought, did my argument make them have a change of heart? So I called the office to confirm whether or not I truly still had an appointment and they informed me I did. On the date of said appt., I drove the 45 mins to the office, went to check in and when asked for payment (which i am self pay) I questioned the validity of the appt. before making any appt, she went to check and found out I did indeed need to find another doctor. Complete waste of time, please don’t let this happen to you.

This is a great family practice and they cover a wide range of medical needs. This is my go to any time I have a medical issue. A lot of people complain about the front desk but you have to realize they deal with some really nasty people sometimes when they don't get their way and some issues are actually out of their control so they do the best they can.

ButWhy Though

They're prices have skyrocketed even with good insurance you get an appointment at 1 and aren't seen until 2:30 and if you have a prescription through them and you need a refill on it its like pulling teeth to get a refill and god forbid you need it on a weekend because there isn't anything you can do except hope you can go without the prescription for the weekend without anything happening to you.
