The managers are trying to extort money from the residents saying they are two months late with the rent which is absolutely not true I'm a truck driver sometimes my rent is a few days late but it is always paid I've lived here since 2013 and I have regretted ever buying a house here ever since

This is the most dishonest management I’ve ever experienced. I’m sure there is embezzlement going on there with their shady lawyers and evictions. I’ve watched the management screw over so many hard working people. Stay away!!!

Went by to look at a trailer to buy. It was night so didnt really get a good look at everything but didnt see anything wrong with the place. The guy I'm buying the trailer from says they go up with the lot rent all the time though. Will update after I've been there a while if I can remember.

It's not a bad park, I have a few friends who live here, always see kids playing, and I rarely see or hear of bad neighbors other than rumors. The street could be repaved. The thing I hear about the most that makes me dislike it is the Rent {Lot Fees} keep Going Up. Forcing residents to have to either go without a thing they are used to or move. There does not seem to be anything the residents of English village are receiving to suggest a reason for the monthly hike on lot fees. So it could be a ploy to "relocate" some of the more financially unstable from the area. <a rumor I heard from someone who lives there.
