They are but if you Google them you can actually send them a text and sometimes it takes a little while to get back to you but it's always the same day but they will answer any questions you may have because you're actually speaking to an employee
You would have to call them but they probably do. You can also Google them and there will be a number that you can text. They usually respond pretty quickly
