They have closed my account 4 times the last four months for someone else saying they live here and trying to set up service. I’ve talked to the property manager where I live and they said that they haven’t called. Now it’s someone else trying to connect service when I and my family live here! Every month I look to see when I pay my bill and right before my bill is due my account gets closed! I also have to put down the deposit several times! Do not go with this company!

I don't understand how you can double peoples energy bill! A lot of us are diligent about conserving energy and using only what's needed. Now an 80 dollar bill in 150. This is horrible. We are all getting hit from every side. Groceries, gas, rent, now energy! You should be ashamed.
