Our dog was going through end of life issues. We had to call several times each time she needed meds. We had a phone call in to them regarding her not wanting to eat. They never called me back. I called several times requesting a to talk with a vet. No return call. We used another Veterinary hospital to euthanize her. We won't be using east York vet anymore.

Diane, have you checked with Russell Rescue? There are also other rescue organizations that may be able to help depending where you live (i.e,, Jack’s Galore in MA).
